Vistancia Community Entry Feature

Vistancia is a master planned development joint venture between Shea Homes and Sunbelt Holdings featuring several water features, ranging from impactful entry features to natural appearing golf course water features. The main entry water feature is approximately 26,000 square feet  in area holding 600,000 gallons of water incorporating a naturalized shoreline and a blend of natural stone and manmade rock formations. The Trilogy entry feature is 6,000 square feet in area with a 90,000 gallon volume with a formal boulder wall and small loose stone creating a flowing stream effect. Additional water features were designed for the golf course including two lakes providing irrigation storage and stormwater detention, two extensive stream systems and formal water feature walls at the clubhouse and gatehouse.
