Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Luxury Rooftop Pool

PACE participated in a collaborative effort as a subconsultant to Gensler for design-build of a rooftop pool and hotel entry fountain for the Waldorf Astoria hotel. This luxury hotel is located in one of the world’s most glamorous cities, located where Wilshire and Santa Monica Boulevard meet. The hotel’s entry features a beautiful three-tiered, 230-square-foot fountain at the center of the roundabout with multiple cascades, designed by PACE with custom fabricated metal basins and underwater lights and surrounded by natural landscape. For the 13th-floor rooftop lounge, PACE designed a 950-square-foot zero-edge heated Myrtha stainless steel pool and a 150-square-foot spa. The 360-degree view overlooks the city.

PACE also designed a unique 65-square-foot, 13-foot-high secret garden water wall for the Waldorf Astoria garden. A roughened stone surface and a luminous light source at the bottom enhance its natural visual effects.
