Gibby Road Bridge was selected by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Orange County Branch to receive the Environmental Engineering Project Award. Rancho Mission Viejo led the project and team, consisting of PACE, GMU Geotechnical, and Parsons.

PACE designed the 7-acre lake, which captures and treats stormwater runoff and conveys floodwater while serving as an aesthetic recreational feature for the new 321-acre development, including lakefront housing among other residential facilities.
