Mark Krebs has engineering and construction experience specific to water resources spanning back to 1988 with both public and private sector projects. His public development project design and construction experience includes all phases of infrastructure, grading, drainage, stormwater treatment, roadway, water, sewer, reclaimed water, storage, distribution, wetland evaluation and mitigation, and a wide range of water features including pools, fountains, entry features and manmade lakes . He has several project accomplishments such as developing an effective ocean/tidal replication system for Biosphere II to support active kelp growth and a sustainable ocean-based ecosystem in a controlled environment. Mark also led the effort to add soil cement as an approved bank protection application within Los Angeles County, which was the first such approval in over 50 years. In addition to the responsibility of being an officer of the company and President of PACE, Mr. Krebs has been Principal/Sr. Project Manager and the lead design engineer on numerous water resource projects.
