The State Director of USDA Rural Development will be in Winslow on Wednesday, April 22nd to present a plaque to the City of Winslow in recognition for Winslow’s Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade project. The City of Winslow will be recognized for its efforts to make our wastewater treatment plant more Earth-friendly by upgrading our treatment processes and equipment.
