A Creative Design Approach

City of Lathrop WTF – A Value-Added Solution for the Community

PACE provided project development, design, and bid phase services to expand the City of Lathrop’s MBR wastewater treatment facility from 1.0 MGD to 2.5 MGD with future expansion capacity of 9.0 MGD. A creative design approach minimized construction costs with a streamlined treatment process layout resulting in minimized structures, pumps and piping, while improving access to equipment for operations and maintenance and adding full-SCADA automation.
