On February 16, 2017, the ASCE Orange County Chapter held their annual awards banquet where Bruce Phillips, Sr. Vice President of Stormwater Management of PACE was recognized with the “Private Sector Engineer of Merit Award.” He received this award for his outstanding contributions to the engineering profession and was selected among some very notable engineers in Southern California. We are proud of Bruce’s many accomplishments and outstanding technical leadership in our industry and this recognition is well deserved!
